Coordinate with the person opening the property
For residential work, access may depend on a homeowner or contractor being present. Give the rental contact the working entrance and any relevant hours. Discuss the service plan against actual crew use and identify who handles supplies or problems during the job.
Include the final cleanup period
Workers may still need facilities after the main installation is complete. Clarify the last day of use and how pickup is requested. Keep gates and the equipment approach available for collection. Do not assume the original estimated completion date is a confirmed removal appointment.
Avoid a locked property at the service visit
Identify the person who can provide access during the proposed visit window, including days when the main contractor is elsewhere. Give the rental contact a way to reach that person without publishing gate or security information. If access changes, request revised arrangements; a message sent does not by itself establish a new appointment.
- Access contact during working hours
- Secure handling of entry instructions
- Acknowledged changes to visits
