Think through the guest journey
Describe where guests arrive, gather, eat and find restrooms at the Greenacres property. Include event length, attendance, helpers and existing bathrooms. Discuss washing and accessible facilities early, before the layout is filled with seating and decoration.
Balance privacy with a clear approach
Screening can help facilities fit an occasion, but it should not hide the route or obstruct entry and service. Have the venue contact approve the location. If the event uses a park or managed facility, review current permissions separately; booking equipment does not authorise placement on land controlled by somebody else.
Who will keep the guest route usable?
Appoint someone to notice when queues, parked vehicles or furniture begin to interfere with access. Give that person the agreed restroom layout and the rental contact details. A simple check during the event can identify a developing problem, but changes to equipment position or the accepted service arrangement should still be discussed with the provider.
