Match the period to property access
A short celebration or job may need equipment in place before the activity begins and removed later. Explain when the property is available to suppliers and when the area must be clear. Confirm the proposed windows before making another commitment for the same space.
Keep the arrangement proportionate
Describe the users, activity and existing bathrooms, then discuss appropriate facilities, washing and supplies. A modest event does not necessarily need elaborate equipment, but access and accessibility still matter. Ask how a date change or longer use is handled before the booking is finalised.
Do not let a short event hide a longer access requirement
A few hours of use can involve delivery before the property opens to guests and collection after the organiser leaves. Tell the rental contact about that difference at the enquiry stage. Confirm who remains available at each handoff and whether the proposed transport arrangement fits the venue before considering the booking settled.
- Actual hours of use
- Supplier access outside those hours
- Contact available for both handoffs
