Resolve permission before treating a position as final
If the occasion uses a managed venue or public area, confirm the current approval process with its responsible contact. Identify existing bathrooms and an authorised temporary-equipment area. A rental enquiry can establish options, but does not itself permit a placement or reserve the event space.
Consider comfort beyond the cabin
Describe walking routes, washing, accessible entry and the hours people will use the facilities. A trailer or upgraded unit should be compared by its actual features and setup requirements. Keep the supplier approach available after seating and decorations arrive, and confirm who remains responsible through collection.
Can screens make the facilities harder to use?
They can if they hide the entrance, restrict a turn or narrow the walking route. Review screening with the organiser and rental contact before installation. Keep the approach easy to find and leave the agreed service route open; a more discreet appearance should not come at the expense of practical entry.
